Since 1959, H & S Shrimp Company have been distributors of 100% local wild-caught American shrimp. We are a small, firefighter-owned, family business, which was founded by my grandfather, Captain Richard Stelmach. Little did he know at the time that he was starting a legacy for our family. We are still operating out of the same location; my children are the 4th generation to serve this community.

Our mission is to provide families easy, affordable access to the best local, wild-caught shrimp available while also supporting the local shrimping industry. We pride ourselves on being operated by family and public safety personnel only, offering the best product, delivering the most professional service and living by our mission. We hope to continue to be your number one pick for shrimp our small, but expanding, community and beyond. We take pride in the quality of our shrimp and strive to offer the best customer service available. Try our shrimp for yourselves, whether for pickup or delivery. One of our favorite parts of the week is pick up day. That is when we hear about the big plans you have for our shrimp; be it a romantic dinner, family shrimp boil or other festivities. We are grateful that you have chosen us to help make those memories. We are so grateful for our customers and their continued support throughout the years. Their support has allowed us the opportunity to invest in this community through charity and sports programs which we hope to continue to do so for years to come.
